Service Update – We’re Working Hard To Minimise Disruption

Due to the recent spread of Coronavirus, we would like to take this opportunity to assure you that the safety of our customers, staff and suppliers are of the utmost priority. We understand that keeping your homes warm, and having peace of mind that you have a plentiful supply of fuel is essential. We are currently putting in place contingency plans to help ensure that any disruptions to your deliveries are minimal. 

To protect both yourselves and our suppliers, delivery drivers have been advised to limit their face to face contact with customers where possible. So long as your heating oil tank is accessible and unlocked, you also don’t need to be present for the delivery to take place. When placing an order, whether online or by phone, you can select the option to be notified the day before delivery by text message. There is a section to input delivery instructions should you wish to make us aware of anything. All deliveries are metered so if our suppliers are unable to dispense the full amount ordered into your tank, the delivered quantity will be automatically printed on your delivery note and a refund will be issued for the difference.
